Why?
That is a question I ask pretty much on a daily basis. Sometimes it's to figure out how things are being done. Sometimes it is to figure out what is not being done. Sometimes it's to try and understand my children.
In my nearly 20-year association career I have asked this question countless times. While the answers vary, the results are the same--improvement. By asking this question, I have uncovered new products and services, new partnerships, and new revenue. The answers have even lead to stopping activities which frees up resources to focus on other projects.
In asking this question, my objective is simple--improve the organization for the members.
